I Need a Plan

I thought I had a plan in place for my day out. It didn't work out the way I planned. My lunch companions chose where we were having lunch. The only thing on the healthy end of things to eat was watermelon. I felt defeated from the time I heard where we were going to eat. I tried to influence them otherwise, but there was no budging on their decision.

I need to find new people to hang with.

Did I stick with my goals? I walked. I drank water. But at the end of the day I felt like a loser. Not a loser in a good way as in biggest loser. No. I felt like a complete loser.

Now that I'm writing about it, I feel better. I managed to do some things right yesterday. I walked. I drank water. I stuck with a low cal evening snack of sugar free jello.

I'm making a plan for my next outing.
