Munch Munch Munch

I didn't realize how much food is on a 1200 - 1500 calorie diet. My gosh! I just entered my daily food count into sparkpeople.com and I came up short again today. I have entered every single nibble I put into my mouth and I'm just over 1000 calories. Well, I ran and grabbed a yoplait light yogurt and have been eating it while I blog so that brought it up to 1100 calories. I know! Eating at the computer is probably not the best thing I can do for myself. But... I know! Another excuse... but I'm so tired, I'm headed to bed as soon as I get off here.

So what is on my menu for today? Besides all that water I've been drinking?

B.oatmeal and coffee and cream (half & half - 20 calories)

L. 1/2 cup of bean salad & cantaloupe & a serving of thin lunchmeat

D. lean grilled without added fat - pork chop, mixed green salad (with a nonfat dressing I made - zero calories! ) and frozen green peas.

S. dairy queen cherry dilly bar and just now one yoplait fat free orange creme flavor yogurt
