Get Up And Move

It sounds easy enough. I use to get up and move without thinking about it. Today I'd rather sit at my desk writing in my blog. I have been thinking of things I could be doing to add 30 minutes of exercise to my daily routine.
  • Get up and move during commercial breaks when I'm watching tv.
  • Take a 15 minute walk after lunch and dinner

I'm coming up short on ideas. I think I'll watch the next repeat episode of the Biggest Loser. I have always found it inspiring.
