I'm fat and I know it. I can't help but know I'm fat. I fold my own laundry. I'm here to tell ya, you can't hide the facts from yourself when you fold your own laundry. lol It's so bad, I don't fold my undies. I stash them into a wad in the drawer so I don't have to hold them up and look at how big they really are.
I've been getting up and moving a little more here this past week. But I really want to commit to an exercise routine of some sort. I figure if I put it out there for the public to see I'll be more committed to the routine than I would be if I kept this all to myself. I don't want to talk to anyone in person about my weight, so this is my best option.
I have a goal, I want to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week. I want to do it with a healthy diet and exercise routine. I need to lose more than 75 pounds. I haven't decided on a final goal weight. After I lose 75 pounds I'll figure out if I want to lose more than that or not.
