Kid In The Candy Shoppe

Yeah! That's exactly what I felt like this evening as I was wandering through the fruit market. I now have a well stocked kitchen fit for any dieting princess. Cherries, nectarines, cantaloupe, and bananas! And a freezer filled with vegies in case I run out of something healthy in the fridge. I am thrilled to be exchanging these gorgeous fruits for all those junky potato chips and doritos I was eating.

I love fruits and vegies. I don't know why I ever started buying the junk food. It wasn't long after the junk food entered the house that the good foods slowly started disappearing from my cupboards.

I've been watching Biggest Loser reruns as part of my motivation. So I'm learning how to eat healthier and make healthier choices. I love that show!
