I'm considering going on a regular diet plan, such as, weight watchers or nutrisystem. I have never done a planned diet before so I'm not sure what one will be best for me.
I like the setup of the weight watchers program. I know I can eat out at a few places with points on the menu so there is no real difficult decision making at meal time as far as that goes. Eating out is important to me because we travel quite a bit. Not only that, but I like to eat out.
I have watched the Jenny Craig commercials with Kirstie. It seems to have worked for her and it is working for Valerie Bertinelli. They both look great. But would it work for me? Dinner is in the freezer. Hm. Doesn't sound all that appealing to me.
I really like what Oprah suggested a long while back. Cut the bad carbs such as anything white or refined. I can live without rice and potatoes. I love fruits and vegetables, but I'm craving sweets right now. Maybe it is because I feel like I can't have it.
I need to do more research on diet plans. So far walking is working. My clothes are still fitting better. Maybe it won't take too long for me to be in a smaller size of big britches.
