Part of my weight loss program is to keep a diary of everything I eat. I suppose the reason is to see how my daily calorie intake is used.
Breakfast - oatmeal & banana
Snack - cantaloupe & 4 peanuts
Lunch - spicy chicken fillet, salad w/ Italian dressing, bean salad, cantaloupe
Snack - cantaloupe & pretzels
40 calories from cream for my coffee.
I've finished my water intake for the day and I'm not hungry at all. I know I haven't eaten enough calories for the day. But I'm really not hungry. Should I eat? I have no idea what to do. I think I might eat a small snack and be done with it for the day.
I should be drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day. I've done that.
