Walking In The Sunshine

It's beautiful outside! It's not too hot and it's not raining, so a walk in the sunshine was exactly what I needed today. I feel awesome this evening! I want to make my goal of 45 miles this month, so I might get out for a sunset walk this evening too.

I'm staying with my goals and challenges. It was a good idea to print them out and place them in different places where they are handy to read. I think anyone starting a new diet and exercise routine should print out their goals and have them in view at critical times of the day. I thought having them here on my blog was good enough, but it wasn't. The reason behind my change of thinking is because I don't always log on in the mornings. I've been logging on later in the day, so I didn't even see my goals and challenges first thing in the morning. That wasn't a good plan.

With my new plan in place I believe I'll do much better at sticking with my goals.

That is a great idea. I like walking early mornings and just around sunset too - but mornings are the best, less heat and still quiet

It has helped a great deal having my goals posted in plain sight.

I love going for morning walks too, before the general public is out and about. It's so quiet and refreshing.
