So far I've walked 5 miles in 2 days! It was warm today, so I took an evening walk. It wasn't too bad this evening, but I didn't like putting off my walk to the end of the day. I'd like my extra miles to be at the end of the day, not my planned miles. My alarm is set to go off early, so I'll get up and walk first thing in the morning. I also have to plan my pilates workout for the morning, so I've scheduled a 90 minute block of time for me. It's been awhile since I really blocked out time for me and stuck with it. I like this feeling of doing something for me. That's right. It's all about me!
